Dental Services Technologies

The Dental Services Technologies program prepares students for employment as a dental assistant and other dental healthcare professions.  In the modern equipped on-site dental facility and through in the field training, students gain knowledge and skills they will utilize as dental healthcare professionals.   Students learn how to prepare patients for treatment, prepare and utilize proper dental instruments and materials, and provide chair side assistance for numerous dental procedures.  Students also learn patient record keeping and charting as well as digital radiography and how to process traditional radiographs.  Dental assistant and dental radiology certifications can be earned.
