- Please complete the entire SGA Application with all the required signatures from your counselors, administrator or a parent/guardian.
- Please make sure you sign the SGA application.
- Attach your 1 page education resume which includes a summary of your education, community and extra-curricular activities
- Attach a typed 100- word essay: Why should you be elected for the position you are running for?
- Your current GPA and class rank print out from your counselor
