MEALS and COSTS

At Sussex Tech we offer both breakfast and lunch daily. The cost for Breakfast is $1.00 paid and $. 30 reduced price. The cost for lunch is $1.85 paid and $. 40 reduced price. Additionally, we offer many varieties of reduced calorie snacks and beverages for purchase. Every student has their own lunch account. Funds may be added to the accounts by check, cash or by using the online prepay system “Titan”. The Titan app is free to join and has some great benefits, but you do pay a small fee for using it to add money to student accounts. FREE and REDUCED COST MEALS

Each year you must apply to receive free or reduced price meals. If your student is already receiving free or reduced meals you still must apply for the new year. Students already participating in the program will be given a 30 day grace period to submit a new application before benefits are lost or denied. We have paper applications available in the school office and new for this year you may also apply directly from your phone or computer. FOOD ALLERGIES and DIETARY CONCERNS

All food allergies and dietary concerns should be reported to our nurses first. The foodservice team and the nurses work together closely to care for your student.
